Radiocapitellar Joint - Radial head and lateral epicondyle of humerus,
Radioulnar joint - Radial head and coronoid process of ulna ..
Does the radius have 2 heads, because these joints are at two opposite ends of the arm?

the corocoid process is at the proximal end of the ulna and the lateral epicondyle of the humerus is at the distal end of the humerus,so the joints are at the same end,theres one radial head and its at the proximal end of the radius......

at the elbow level theres 3 articulations:
1. radial head vs capitulum of humerus
2.troclear notch on ulna vs troclea on humerus
3. radial head vs radial notch on ulna

The 1 and 2 form the lateral and medial part (respectively) of the actual elbow joint, number 3 is the articulation between radius and ulna.

On the other end of the forearm, at the wrist, the same happens again:
1. radius articulates with carpals
2. ulna articulates with carpals thro a disc
3. again radius vs. ulna

pheeeewwww... XXXXXXX

oh and corocoid is shoulder, coronoid ulna. :)
