One of the special Q's asked with all knee patients is "do they experience pain on ascending and descending stairs"??

If so, they have patella femoral syndrome.

Its a bit tricky to explain how it is actually caused because there are so many theorys behind it and no set consenus.

I asked Gerr if it was alrite to take the approach of saying that the patella femoral syndrome was the cause of the OA. He said yeah. But its still kinda difficult after reviewing it and searching again.

So what ive done is modified the scenario and ill double check with Gerr asap.
